Interdisciplinary Training In Complex Networks and Systems

Thursday, Apr 26th 2018 at 5-8 pm.
Luddy Hall Auditorium

Near the end of each academic year, NRT trainees will showcase their research at an event that also includes an invited speaker. This Research Showcase gives all NRT participants a chance to familiarize themselves with the research conducted within the program, and give the trainees an opportunity to practice their presentation skills for their future careers. In addition, one of the external colloquia will be scheduled to coincide with this meeting, with the outside visitor serving as both a keynote speaker as well as one of the judges for a best poster award. The first CNS NRT research showcase will be held April 26th, 2018 5-8pm in the auditorium in Luddy Hall.

Dr. Siddhartha (Sid) Chatterjee of Persistent Systems and a member of the CNS NRT advisory board will be the guest colloquium speaker, starting at 6:30pm. Dr. Travis Brown, Assistant Dean for Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Commercialization, School of Informatics, Computing, and Engineering will also give a presentation.

Light refreshments will be served.
