Brainlife.io
Principal Investigator: Franco Pestilli (Formerly IUB Psychological and Brain Sciences, now UT-Austin)
Brainlife.io is an online platform for reproducible neuroscience. The cloud-computing web platform address challenges to neuroscience open sharing and reproducibility by providing integrative mechanisms for publishing data and algorithms, while embedding them with computing resources to impact multiple scientific communities. Brainlife.io is one of the NSF's Big Data Spokes and Panning projects and is supported by both Microsoft and the NSF's BRAIN Initiative.
IUNI's IT team supports the development of brainlife.io, and Franco Pestilli serves as an advisory council member at IUNI.
