A data resource for IU researchers
In 2015, IUNI purchased the complete set of Thomson Reuters’ Web of Science Core Collection in XML format (Web of Knowledge version 5). This data can be used by any employee of Indiana University for academic research and without any sharing of data. Data details and information on how to access the data are given at the CADRE website below.
The number of total items from 1900 through 2016 is 63,590,916 and the total number of article/reference links is 1,227,494,925. The data can be accessed as RAW XML data or in a Postgresql database via a Karst Data Enclave. Custom datasets can be requested in standard data formats (.csv, .net).
